Manage your order
Check the status of your order in our self-service portal. Have your order number handy as well the email you used when placing the order.
- Track an online order and the status of the delivery.
- Cancel order (only possible before the order is picked and packed).
- Reschedule delivery.
- Organise a replacement or refund for a missing or damaged item within 14 days of delivery.
Understand your order status
Once you place an order, we'll send you an email confirming that we've received it and that it's being processed.
Order in production
We'll start working on your order as soon as possible. If we need any additional information or there are any issues, we'll contact you right away.
Estimate shipping time
We'll provide you with an estimated shipping time so you know when to expect your order. This will depend on the items you've ordered and your location.
In some cases, we may be able to offer you a partial shipment if you need some of your items sooner than others. Please note that there may be an extra charge for this service.
Partial or full order is ready
Once your order is ready, we'll send you an email letting you know that it's either partially or fully complete.
When your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking link so you can follow its progress until it's delivered to your door.
