The founder
I’m the founder, bringing the vision to life.
About
Growing up in the Piemonte region of Northern Italy, I was always familiar with the artisan workshops and heritage craftsmanship that Italy is so well known for. Upon later moving to London, I became obsessed with traditional British style and the provenance behind classic Anglo-American design. Hence, Francone Bespoke Taps was born, to bring the best of both worlds to international clients.

I make sure everything behind the scenes is running exactly as it should, from workshop to client.
About
I help keep things running smoothly here in Italy and stay connected with our artisans. I enjoy being involved in different aspects of the business and making sure everything is well-organised behind the scenes. Outside of work, you’ll often find me hiking, playing sports, or cooking with friends. I also enjoy a good tennis match with my colleague Andrea whenever we get the chance.

About
Based in the UK, I’ve been part of the Francone team for over five years, combining my passion for interiors with a love for keeping things running smoothly. I coordinate the customer support team, stay involved in key client relationships, and pitch in on marketing activities to make sure everything comes together seamlessly.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, taking beach walks, and cooking something delicious for my little boy, Harry.
I’m one of the voices of customer service, helping teams stay connected and organised with effective CRM setups.

I’m based in Italy and handle orders and communication between our clients and the workshop. You’ll often hear my American accent when I greet customers and help guide them through the process. I also support the business with admin tasks where needed. Outside of work, I love peaceful walks by the lake and spending time with my newborn daughter Ambra and our family.
I handle quality checks in the workshop, making sure every product meets our high standards.

As the Operations Specialist here in Italy, I support our incredible craftspeople and make sure we’re always meeting the high standards we’ve set. I work closely with local artisans to bring each client’s vision to life and help grow our team with talented makers and designers. Outside of work, I’m into tennis, football, and poker — and I’m always up for chatting about any of them over a cold beer.
