UK & USA Orders: Free Delivery with No Import Fees - Exceptions apply to deliveries to non-mainland locations.
International Orders (Europe & Canada): Free Delivery
International Orders: Flat rate £190
We are unable to make changes to the destination address once the shipment has left the workshop.
For our non-bespoke products, delivery time is currently as per below.

Most products in Unlacquered Brass have a lead time of about 2-4 weeks from the payment date of the order. Heated towel rails / radiators in unlacquered brass are 2-6 weeks.

Products in any other finishes are typically made to order with a longer lead time of 6 to 10 weeks depending on the manufacturing process.
For our bespoke or made to order products, delivery time is currently between 6-12 weeks depending on the customisation requested and its finish.
